These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of OTASK ("the App", "we", "us"), a personal time-management app built around a 24-hour visual planner. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using OTASK, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All tasks, reminders, routines, daily notes, and other content you create within the App ("User Content") belong to you. You are responsible for the content you create.
The App stores your User Content locally on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, synchronizes it through your private iCloud (CloudKit) account so it stays up to date across your Apple devices and is backed up by Apple. We do not operate any server that receives or stores your User Content, and we cannot access it. iCloud sync is provided by Apple and governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy. You can disable iCloud for OTASK at any time in your device settings.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Uninstalling the App removes the User Content stored locally on that device; content synced to your iCloud account remains until you delete it from within the App or from your iCloud storage.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. The Lifetime option is a single payment that grants continued access without auto-renewal.

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTASK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
